This is the first step towards developing an online ocean study course. Here the online resources are used to effectively, organize the information systematically, sequentially for effective learning of ocean studies through hands-on experience and Internet resources.

The main goal is to promote conceptual understanding of ocean and its application to the real world, improve their quantitative reasoning skills and enhance student-learning outcomes for non-science major students. Also to create an effective, interactive learning environment those inculcate professional scientific behaviors in students.
