In April 2010, a workshop was held in Boulder, Colorado to discuss what new tropical cyclone products could be generated for forecasters, emergency managers, media, and the public based on ensemble forecast guidance to improve hurricane-related decision support. This presentation will review the recommended new products discussed at this workshop and show some examples of these experimental products. We will discuss the potential limitations of these products as well as where the new ensemble information may provide particular value added.
