Complementing the previous abstract/presentation, CyberData Technologies will be providing during this session either a live or recorded demonstration of the I-TAF Rating application.

Aspects of the application to be demonstrated include: 1) Graphical displays for the Core-30 airports showing those that have impact symbols and how to interpret them, 2) Displaying the I-TAF tables for selected sites and explaining their content illustrating the impacts versus the ratings assigned to each hour of the 24-hour period, 3) Displaying the Lead-Time forecast projections from 0 out to 8 hours, 4) Generating reports to illustrate an analytical composite of the acquired data. and, 5) Using the application to analyze prior dates with special emphasis on days where impacts were significant and/or the forecast was marginal.

Since the application will already be in use by the NWS, the presenter will further discuss their experience to date along with possible future enhancements being considered.
