Description:

This session is devoted to data-science and machine-learning techniques in weather-radar observations and applications. Topics include (but are not limited to) signal- and data-processing, physical sciences in radar meteorology and hydrology, and radar applications.  This session will also feature presentations on using machine learning to assimilate radar data into numerical weather models, including multi-scale data fusion and regularization.
