The Earth Prediction Innovation Center (EPIC) has created an infrastructure as code and application ecosystem that supports community application modeling across a myriad of supported platforms. The EPIC team has created infrastructure as code to allow users to easily deploy application models on a myriad of platforms with 5 open source lines of code. Users can also utilize our tool suites and Juptyer notebooks to interrogate their numerical modeling results. The EPIC team provides a large suite of GitHub code that allows users to run, build, test, and interrogate results of any supported Unified Forecast System (UFS) application. The team can support your platform on free hardware such a Mac, or Personal Computer, to multiple cloud service providers, to support NOAA Research and Development High Performance Computing Systems. The flexibility of the open science infrastructure as code ecosystem that is supported allows any user to be effective and contribute to the UFS community.
