Our report will analyze the storm that hit the West Coast of the United States on January 4-5, 2023. Specifically, we will examine how the storm impacted marine activities, including shipping and the two major ports in the US. Furthermore, we will explore how the support from Impact-Based Decision Support Services (IDSS) at OPC has helped to ensure safety at sea.
