Description:

Participants will highlight the use of climate science data sets in the K-12 classroom to: 

• meet common core standards for learning at grade level
• show cross cutting connections between standards in math, science, engineering, ELA, art, and social science
• incorporate climate science in multiple aspects of learning
• investigate social equity issues within their own communities using data to support arguments for action
