This joint session between 6DEI Symposium and 34th Education Conference aims to advance the discussion on developing inclusive curriculum at postsecondary level, to focus on sense of belonging and identity, within the Geosciences community. It invites presentations on identifying barriers, sharing effective teaching, learning strategies, inclusive pedagogy with a focus on DEI towards creating equitable learning environments.  Attendees will gain practical insights and learn/share tools to implement DEI initiatives in their own organizations.
