Description:

We invite theoretical, observational, and modeling studies covering a broad range of topics related to the Madden-Julian Oscillation, tropical waves, dynamics, and intraseasonal variability, including but not limited to: 

• interactions between the Madden-Julian Oscillation and other convectively coupled equatorial waves
• air-sea interactions
• subsurface ocean dynamics
• Interactions between the stratosphere and tropical convection, including the MJO-QBO relationship
• climate change
