Ballroom North (La Fonda on the Plaza)
We make an analytical study of the stably stratified turbulence effected by bouyancy forces and, both the velocity and concentration field being driven by the random stirring force fields with correlation k-(d-4+ε) and k-(d-4+ε′) corresponding to the modified Navier-Stokes equation and the convection equation, by means of dynamic renormalization-group (RG) analysis. The universal functions associated with the energy and bouyancy spectra are evaluated found to be consistent with the earlier attempts.
