In-canopy profiles of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) are used to calculate their emission fluxes based on an Inverse Lagrangian Transport (ILT) Model. Original parameterizations (e.g. sigma w/u*) needed for the ILT model are evaluated.

Based on a refined model setup we calculate ecosystem-scale fluxes of selected biogenic VOCs observed at the site and relate canopy resolved source/sink profiles to environmental parameters.
