Everyone uses a variety of tools, methods, services and practices to communicate every day. This session will explore what is working and not working today and where we will go in the future. Topics to be examined include the nature of textural and word messaging, graphics and mapping tools, situational awareness as well as the culture and language context of effective communication. What is the message content and tools from a social science and technical perspective?
