From Forecasts to Reservoir Management: An Exercise in Real World Management. Participants in this exercise will gain experience in applying probabilistic streamflow forecasts to managing a reservoir with multiple constraints and uses. This experience will stimulate discussion on best practices for forecasting agencies and water management agencies to work closer together to improve decision making through use of forecasts.
