NOAA's Joint Polar Satellite System's (JPSS) Proving Ground and Risk Reduction (PGRR) Program – JPSS Products Being Used to Address NOAA's Weather, Ocean and Climate Challenges

This poster will provide information on the breadth of the expertise of the 40+ teams of the JPSS's PGRR Program. These teams support every NOAA Line Office. This poster will include examples of current and experimental JPSS Products being evaluated by the joint PGRR and NOAA user teams in air, land, and sea environments. The poster presenter will give more details of specific environmental events showing the successful operational application of these products. The presenter will also identify future initiatives being worked to address new NOAA strategic goals in response to changing societal needs. The presenter will interact with conference attendees to deepen their understanding of the JPSS Program and its capabilities.
