Caitlin I. Ross, University of Nebraska, Lincoln, NE ; and D. Nietfeld and N. Umphlett

This study provides an analysis of the information provided regarding the tornado warnings issued (i.e. warnings, severe weather statements, etc.) for the longest track tornado during the Super Tuesday Outbreak, 5 February 2008 in Arkansas. This tornado was on the ground for 123 miles and had six warnings issued for it over approximately a three hour time period. The number of towns, hospitals, and schools will also be analyzed to determine the vulnerability for each individual warning polygon. General conclusions will be made regarding amount of information that was provided to those affected.
