The properties of a low-level jet observed using a combination of an eddy-covariance systems and sodar in Oklahoma are discussed in this presentation. In addition, we examine the role played by the presence of the low-level jet in the prediction of surface-layer scaling, in particular with respect to CO2 fluxes.
