WARM WINTER SURPRISE..."HAS GLOBAL WARMING KICKED IN"

Last year, it was easy to be a skeptic about global warming after the 25th coldest winter on record and some amazing snowfalls and all-time record snowcover durations.

After the warmest winter though in many of our lifetimes, though it requires more convincing arguments. In this paper we will take a hard look back at last winter and at the relative contribution of global warming, the oceans, and the sun.
