It's A Small, Small World!
Global Warming, if nothing else, has focussed all of the minds of those involved in the business of weather reporting on a new dimension. No longer is it just about weather in our own back yards, it's about the dynamics of a
global weather system where an extreme event in one country can effect another country the other side of the world.
Bill and John, with their customary British sense of humour, consider the way in which international cooperation in observations and forecasting grows in importance as we face a century of climate change and the associated effects that it may have on mankind. There will be both political and economic ramifications that will test the 'new world order'.
