CloudSat first light data and science

With the expected launch of CloudSat late in August, the first results of the first space-borne millimeter radar will be presented. Assuming a successful launch campaign, the talk will provide early indications of the radar performance, any new discoveries about clouds and expectations for other science to be conducted during the course of the mission.
