The Consensus Methods and Effects of Estimation Rainfall Using Radar

Li Guan, Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology, NanJing, JiangSu, China; and Z. Wang

In term of the methods of K-L transform, statistical weight and probability mean we consensus the rainfall estimate values from the models of Z-R, Kalman filter, optimum interpolation, Kalman filter & optimum interpolation and average calibration. Evidences suggest that the consensus results compare well with the measurements from the automatic rain gauges in site and the statistical weight methods can be served as the operational methods used to estimate the region rainfall.
