In recent years, I've attempted to comment and provoke discussion on the warning process, including the types of products used in different circumstances (2014), and the quantitative means of conveying information and its effectiveness (2015). This year, I plan to launch an investigation into the public's ability to walk away with key information, and to gauge how well various structures of weather warning succeed in relaying the information that is so necessary in the weather warning process. Structure will be the preeminent theme of this presentation.
