Forest Service RAWS Review and Upgrade Study

The existing RAWS network designed to provide fire weather data support is aging. Fire weather data needs are expanding and in addition the Forest Service requires reliable and consistent weather data support for other environmentally related applications. This poster details the objectives of the study and provides initial findings and summaries of current RAWS status.
