Hydrological discharge over Greenland
Abha Sood, Alfred Wegener Institute Foundation for Polar and Marine Research, Bremerhaven, Germany; and P. Lemke
A surface hydrology and routing scheme developed for Greenland is used to determine the regional distribution of discharge of fresh water into adjoining ocean using atmospheric data available from the simulations of the regional climate models (REMO). This scheme is prepared to be directly coupled into the model and the implications on seasonal, annual and longer time scales will be discussed.
