Elements of an emergency communications plan-And why the current sytem doesn't work
Bryan Norcross, WFOR/CBS-TV, Miami, FL

This paper addresses the reasons that emergency information flows poorly through the American media and how the systems and procedures could be improved. Recorded presentation
