The THREDDS Data Server (TDS) provides a data cataloging service and a variety of data access services, including OPeNDAP, Web Coverage Service (WCS), HTTP file access, and a web service for downloading full or subset gridded datasets as netCDF-CF files. A variety of interesting datasets are being served by the growing number of TDS sites. This variety of datasets has helped push TDS development in a number of directions including new aggregation capabilities. This paper will look at several server sites that are using some of the newer capabilities of the TDS.
