This presentation explores the equity implications of climatic change and the creation of winners and losers in the context of climate impact and policy response. It particularly examines the role that climate information can play in supporting effective disaster response and in increasing adaptive capacity of vulnerable groups in the US and abroad against the background of global climate injustice.
