The NASA Langley Research Center Atmospheric Science Data Center is collaborating with the NASA Agency's Scientific and Technical Information Program office to link data holdings and technical publications through the use of Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting. This pioneering partnership allows users to simultaneously retrieve traditional information from library information systems along with associated data descriptions on Earth-observing satellite data.
