Coincident observations by the FORTE satellite's VHF receivers, and the Los Alamos Sferic Array's VLF/LF receivers, have provided unique information about the relationship of the Narrow Bipolar Pulse's VLF/LF sferic with intense VHF emissions. I will present and discuss new FORTE/LASA analyses that may be helpful to understanding the physical properties of the still-enigmatic Narrow Bipolar Event discharge.
