Synoptic scale atmospheric circulation linkages with the decrease in temperature gradient of the Mackenzie Delta region of Northern Canada

The rate at which the North is warming is not uniform, with northern points seeing larger temperature increases than southern points. This talk provides a quantitative assessment of this differential warming for the Canadian North and describes the changes in the associated synoptic scale circulation patterns.
