Java OceanAtlas expanded to include TAO El Nino time series data

J.R. Osborne, JISAO/Univ. of Washington, Seattle, WA

Java OceanAtlas (JOA) is an important desktop application that provides access to millions of global ocean profile observations (CTD, XBT, Argo) from observing systems such as Argo and WOCE. These observations can be inter-compared with one another and with model results. This paper describes recent updates to JOA to include TAO El Nino time series data from the OpeNDAP dapper server.
