High Impact Transportation Events

This talk will examine the role that weather played during 2009 on transportation, particularly in the snarling of air transportation, reviewing some of the more notable events. In several instances, headlines were made because passengers were held captive for hours on airplanes sitting away from gate areas during prolonged weather delays.
