Panel Discussion: Forward Prospects for Coastal Ocean Prediction

Based on papers presented in the 11th Coastal Environment Symposium, a panel discussion will consider the opportunities and challenges presented by the federal Backbone of global, regional, and estaurine operational prediction systems vis-a-vis the non-federal regional, sub-regional, and estuarine developmental prediction systems.
