7.2 Seamless: A Python Framework for HPC (invited)

Seamless is a python framework that will allow Python users to accelerate native Python programs to C equivalent performance without modifying any code.

Seamless also allows Python to be trivially compiled into native C/C++ libraries, as well as use C/C++ frameworks in Python.
