ATM-Weather integration for the JPDO NGATS

Roundtable Panel Discussion to include 5 invited experts/visionaries in the field of ATM-Wx Integration. The scope will include ATC, TFM, pilot, and dispatch decision support, and aircraft operations in the presence of weather. The panel discussion is proposed for 30-45 min and will be led by the session chairs. The panel will be presented with 5-8 relevant topics/questions with nominally 5 min per item for panelist responses and interaction with the audience. A minimum set of questions and topics will be prepared by the session chairs based on the most salient topics of interest within the JPDO, and the audience will be invited to pose their own questions. The theme of the session will be on the lessons learned, present issues and challenges, and the future vision for integrating weather information into ATM decision making automation. .
