This study is given of the Daegwallyong site (3741N, 12845E, 842m) cloud experiment performed from January to July 2005. The experiment was carried out by a lot of instruments in order to observe the cloud in the site where is located in mountain. The main instruments are a FSSP (Forward Scattering Spectrometer Probe), Micro Rain Radar (MRR) and MicroWave Radiometer (MWR). The general cloud characteristics encountered during the experiment are discussed. Special attention is given here to the process of the content and size distribution of liquid water in cloud around the site. Furthermore, this is the first integral experiment of cloud on ground base observation in Korea and the instruments in the experiment can be applied for cloud seeding and fog dissipation experiments after the instruments are verified by this experiment.
