LEADS™ in Education

LEADS™, the program of choice by the US Air Force in their 1999 upgrade of their world-wide weather forecasting capabilities, is being used in a teaching environment at Minnesota State University. The embedded 3D Visualization software and advanced scripting tools make LEADS™ a valuable tool in an educational setting. This paper demonstrates some of its characteristics and focuses on the macro-like features that are available through its advanced scripting tools.
