Dispersion in and above plant canopies

The influence of vegetation on dispersion is investigated using a lagrangian particle dispersion model driven by velocity fields derived from a canopy-resolving large-eddy simulation. We examine plume dispersion statistics as a function of source height and atmospheric stability.
