A Lagrangian stochastic probability density function (PDF) model is evaluated with laboratory experiments of dispersion from continuous point source in atmospheric flow. Results from comparisons with a wind tunnel generated neutral boundary layer, a water tank reproducing convective conditions and a continuous release within a canopy are shown. The performance of the model as an effective tool for the predictions of the full concentration PDF are discussed.
