Diurnally resolved radiation transfer calculations using inputs of combined MODIS and Geostationary interpolated cloud products, GEOS4 atmosphere profiles, aerosols information from MATCH Modis assimilation are made using the Langley Fu-Liou radiative transfer model. For single month of select regional locations at hourly synoptic times, top of atmosphere comparisons of model broadband fluxes to CERES Brodband fluxes and geostationary satellite narrowband to broadband fluxes are presented. Preliminary, time and space averaged surface and TOA cloud and aerosol forcing are shown.
