Philadelphia action plan to mitigate heat related death and illness

The City of Philadelphia has implemented a sophisticated heat/health watch warning system based on the identification of weather conditions which are hazardous to health. We will present Philadelphia's procedures to mitigate heat related deaths and illnesses through the implementation of our action plan.
