Observations of tornadoes using mobile Doppler radars

This talk will highlight the use of mobile Doppler radars in studying tornado structure and evolution. Recent results from the the U. Mass. 3-mm wave radar will be discussed. The limitations of this radar will be noted, followed by suggestions for modifications to the radar and future field programs.
