Initial comparison of fluxes from Bowen ratio and eddy correlation instrumentation over a sagebrush steppe ecosystem
Kirk L. Clawson, NOAA/ARL, Idaho Falls, ID; and D. A. Johnson and N. Z. Saliendra
In December 1999, the NOAA/ARLFRD and USDA/ARS jointly established a year-round flux monitoring site at the Idaho National Engineering and Environmental Laboratory. ARLFRD installed eddy correlation equipment, while the ARS installed a Campbell Scientific Bowen ratio system. Initial comparison of the fluxes from the two systems will be presented.
