Status of WSR-88D Open Radar Product Generator Development and Deployment

This paper will outline plans for the deployment of the WSR-88D Open Radar Product Generator (ORPG) to National Weather Service, Federal aviation Administration and Air Force sites worldwide, including details on how radar downtime will be minimized.
