DOE water cycle activities (Invited Presentation)

PAPER WITHDRAWN

Wanda R. Ferrell, DOE, Germantown, MD

The Department of Energy supports process-level studies needed to achieve improved prediction of the water cycle variability. The Department also provides observational testbeds for long-term research on the feedbacks and coupling among atmospheric and land surface processes, including long-term coordinated data collection.
