Climatic changes of precipitable water in atmospheric layer surface-500 hPa on the base of global upper-air observations for the period 1964–2001 years

Analysis of climatic changes of observed values of water vapour contained in a vertical column between surface and level 500 hPa (and level 5 km) over globe is presented. Researches were made for period of 1964-2001 years on the base of CARDS-dataset. Geographical distribution of the decadal changes, mean values and variability are shown.
