REASSESSING CLIMATE INFORMATION AND SERVICES

Several agencies have been providing climate information and services to the public and private sectors for years. But as the awareness of climate impacts increases, new data is added, and technology expands, are the users needs still being met? In order to answer this question, direct communication with the user by means of a questionnaire will be preformed to identify user groups, types of data being requested by each group, user understanding and satisfaction, and areas of improvement. This information will then be compared to existing services to determine if users needs have changed over the years or if new needs have formed
