NESDIS Common Cloud Framework (NCCF) is a suite of services that allows NESDIS to provide end-to-end ground service capabilities to ingest, process, analyze, distribute, and store all types of NESDIS data. This initiative aims to achieve swifter and more streamlined product generation and data dissemination to NESDIS partners and consumers. As part of OSPO/SPSD/SPB's strategic vision, a critical target is the migration of existing on-premise products to the NCCF platform by FY25.

To enhance the efficiency of product transition, we have embraced the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) approach to implement algorithms within the NCCF. This presentation elucidates the process of seamlessly integrating and operationalizing algorithm packages within NCCF. Additionally, we will provide an overview of the current status of the products' migration, accompanied by a demonstration of the quality monitoring for operational products, along with our operational maintenance strategy.

The primary objective of this endeavor is to drive a continuous migration of product algorithms from conventional on-premise systems to the NCCF, thus enabling NESDIS to significantly reduce its computer center footprint. Embracing the cloud environment will not only showcase substantial cost savings but also exemplify the scalability of operations within this dynamic ecosystem.

The findings presented here not only exemplify the success of our migration efforts but also underscore the promising potential for further development and growth in the realm of product generation within NCCF.
