This proposed session topic will focus on hearing the success stories and lessons learned in working with tribal communities and government as it applies to weather forecasting and the planning weather and climate for the future. This session will be a way to honor Heather Lazrus. This could serve as the first major step to continuity with the weather and climate enterprise (weather/climate scientist).
