The relationship between the Madden-Julian Oscillation (MJO) and stratospheric quasi‐biennial oscillation (QBO) has been the focus of exciting and expansive research efforts in recent years. We invite presentations of theoretical, observational, and modeling studies of the MJO-QBO relationship, as well as studies investigating how the QBO-MJO relationship impacts sub-seasonal to seasonal (S2S) predictability. Additionally, we welcome presentations on broader topics related to interactions between the stratosphere and tropical convection.
