Weather and climate act as important drivers of public health outcomes and pose both a risk to disease control strategies and an opportunity to anticipate and reduce negative impacts. We solicit talks on the use of weather and climate information in health early-warning systems from weather to seasonal time scales, including lessons learned and challenges in the translation of research to operations.
